We ship worldwide.

Shipping charges

Please note that payments with incorrect shipping charges will be returned and we will not be able to process the order. International currency must be converted into the sterling equivalent with postage. Use the currency converter here if you need help converting your currency into the appropriate sterling value : http://www.xe.com/ucc/.

What mode of payment do we accept ?

We accept international money orders [not overseas cheques], UK (British) cheques, UK (British) postal orders, UK (British) pounds sterling and Euros [to the sterling equivalent] in cash (sent well concealed at own risk), Paypal payments, and all major credit and debit card payments. To pay by Paypal or by card, click on the Add to Cart buttons and follow the instructions

If you are sending cash please use the currency converter above to check the exchange rate no later than the day before you send the money. You must send the correct amount, inclusive of postage. Make sure you post it well concealed - you could try neatly wrapping it in some tin foil paper and then putting it between postcards or pieces of paper before placing it in the envelope. Cash is sent at your own risk. If insufficient funds are received for your order, we regret that your order cannot be dispatched until we have received the balance from you. If you are unable to send us the precise amount down to the penny, any extra will be credited towards repeat orders if you remind us of the amount when placing your repeat order.

Please note that for payments made by international money order and UK cheques, goods will be dispatched seven days after receipt of your money order or cheque or upon confirmation of cleared funds.

Payment may be made by bank transfer for bulk orders – please confirm your order and contact us for our bank account details and swift code.


Bulk Orders

For bulk orders in excess of the quantities offered on our hair colour products and prices page you must either be paypal registered or be able to send funds by bank transfer (do ask your bank to confirm their bank charges first) or western union money transfer. You will need to e mail us first to tell us what you want to order so we can quote the correct shipping charge.


POSTAL OPTIONS

1. UK Special Delivery (Options 1 & 2 available)

We are able to offer special delivery postal options to UK customers, provided you are paypal registered, and subject to you obtaining advance confirmation from us by e mail that we are able to post by special delivery on the next working day after your paypal payment is received. Please use the Enquiry Form link to e mail us.

Special delivery charges are applied on top of standard first class postage rates.


Royal Mails' current Next Day Special Delivery “Option 1” Rates are as follows :

up to 100g - £4.05
up to 500g - £4.45
up to 1kg - £5.60
up to 2kg - £7.30
up to 10kg - £18.40

2. Europe, USA, and New Zealand Airsure Mail

This is what UK Royal Mail say about their Airsure service :

  • Enjoy the speed and security of Airsure for just £4.20 on top of the Airmail postage price for your item. This price includes up to £32.00 compensation for loss or damage. If you're sending valuable items, you can get additional cover of up to £500* for just £1.50 (see note below)
  • All Airsure mail receives priority handling in the UK and abroad, making it up to one day faster than our target Airmail delivery time of three days to Western Europe, four days to Eastern Europe and five days for the rest of the world. However, Airsure is not a guaranteed courier service.
  • Visit our Customer Services section to make a claim, or use form P58 which is available from your local Post Office and send it together with proof of posting to your local Customer Service Centre. Claims can take up to three months to complete because we have to wait for overseas postal administrations to respond to our enquiries. If your item is not delivered, please allow up to 25 days after posting before you consider it lost. This is because your item may have been held in customs or be in the process of being returned to sender if it could not be delivered for some reason. Royal Mail does not accept any claims for delay as delivery times are not guaranteed.”

3. International Signed For Mail ( Not available for French Southern and Antarctic Territories )

This is what UK Royal Mail say about their international signed for service:

“For just £3.50 on top of the normal postage price for your item, you can enjoy the global reach and re-assurance of our International Signed For service

This price includes up to £32 compensation in the unlikely event that your mail is lost or damaged en route. Additional compensation is available up to £250* or £500* depending on the destination.

We track all International Signed For items until they leave the UK and then the item is handed over to the destination country's postal service as a priority item. However, we can't track your International Signed For item all the way to delivery in every instance or always be able to provide a confirmation of delivery.

If you use International Signed For with Airmail delivery our target time is within three working days to Western Europe, four working days to Eastern Europe and five working days for the rest of the world. By Surface mail, it may take up to two weeks for Western Europe, four weeks for Eastern Europe, and up to eight weeks elsewhere. For faster delivery times you should use Airsure© if it's available for your destination.

Your item is delivered to its destination by the registered postal service of that country. A signature will be taken on delivery as part of that postal service's delivery procedure. Unfortunately we are unable to routinely obtain these delivery details from the local postal service.

Visit our Customer Services section to make a claim, or use form P58 which is available from your local Post OfficeT branch and send it together with proof of posting to your local Customer Service Centre. Claims can take up to three months to complete because we have to wait for overseas postal administrations to respond to our enquiries.
